In 2019, EJD Forestry carried out an investment appraisal and assessment of woodland creation on a 1280 hectare hill farm in Dumfries and Galloway.

After successful acquisition, EJD Forestry manged the woodland design and application process, resulting in secured grant funding and planting approval for 550 ha of commercial and native woodland.

EJD Forestry then managed delivery of the project; planting began in late 2021 and was completed in Spring 2022. We continue with on-going management of the new woodland.
